• Contracts Supervisor

    Robert Half Office Team (Alameda, CA)


    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and supervise grant contracting, including review, monitoring, and staff training (Certificate of Insurance, W9, application requirements)

    + Guide finance staff and troubleshoot application issues

    + Collaborate with internal teams (First 5, finance) for weekly updates and problem-solving

    + Oversee application workflow and tracking; assign applications throughout the process

    + Provide technical assistance to applicants and staff

    + Track payment status and support follow-up

    + Help develop materials and resources for staff and providers

    + Participate in implementing new funding initiatives

    + Other duties and projects as assigned

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years’ experience in contract compliance and budgeting, ideally in public administration or related field

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration, or equivalent experience

    + Supervisory experience required

    + Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

    + Available for occasional outreach after hours (6–7pm weekdays)
