    Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to patients while managing a high volume of daily calls and administrative tasks. This in-office role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage 60–80 inbound and outbound calls daily to address patient inquiries and provide assistance.

    • Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring patient needs are met promptly and efficiently.

    • Accurately input patient data into the system to maintain up-to-date records.

    • Schedule appointments for patients while coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.

    • Handle patient registration and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

    • Support patients by answering questions and resolving concerns related to their appointments or healthcare services.

    • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations within the call center environment.

    • Uphold confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations during all interactions.

    • Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

    • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in patient scheduling and registration processes.

    • Strong ability to assist patients with inquiries and concerns professionally.

    • Experience in providing patient services within a healthcare environment.

    • Skilled in call center customer service, handling a high volume of calls.

    • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations.

    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
