Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and journal entries

+ Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

+ Support month-end and year-end close processes

+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

+ Review and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives

+ Assist with external audit processes and provide necessary documentation

+ Mentor and support junior members of the accounting team

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred

+ 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices

+ Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
