Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and support for our clients. The position requires strong call center experience, as you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist clients effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls to address client inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients whose packages have expired.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to prevent service lapses.
• Provide recaps and updates to clients based on their service status.
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly call targets.
• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on company procedures and software tools. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
• Comfortable with casual dress code while maintaining appropriate workplace standards.
