Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid background in HR systems, enabling them to optimize processes and deliver impactful insights. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable strategies and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze HRIS data to identify trends, generate reports, and support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with HR teams to optimize the use and functionality of HR systems.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Support the implementation and integration of HRIS platforms and tools.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS databases by conducting regular audits and updates.

• Provide training and guidance to HR staff on system usage and best practices.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems.

• Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and recommend improvements.

• Document workflows and processes to ensure consistency and compliance

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.

• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and their functionalities.

• Experience with HRIS implementation and database management.

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with emerging HR technologies and trends.
