Description We are looking for an entry-level Accountant to join our dynamic team in Everett, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will support essential accounting functions, including transactional activities and financial reporting. This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level experience and eager to gain hands-on exposure in a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform transactional accounting tasks, including data matching and reconciliation of financial records.

• Handle credit card payment reports, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.

• Conduct research on e-commerce websites to gather necessary financial data.

• Prepare and enter journal entries while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including creating formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups.

• Process accounts payable invoices and assist with general ledger tasks as needed.

• Follow up with approvals and ensure proper coding in financial systems.

• Collaborate with team members to pull reports and organize data from various merchant accounts.

• Assist with repetitive accounting duties while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Support the team in using accounting software and systems to streamline processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables, V-lookups, and formulas.

• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Ability to create and understand journal entries, including debits and credits.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with four days onsite and one day remote.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and collaborative work setting.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
