Description We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager/Senior Consultant to drive complex initiatives across multiple business domains within the healthcare industry. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of engaging with both executive stakeholders and operational teams. The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage change effectively and deliver projects within scope and budget while facilitating smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. This is a Long-term Contract position based in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, and delivery to meet organizational objectives and timelines.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and operational teams to gather requirements and manage expectations effectively.

• Implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Prepare and deliver well-structured presentations to diverse audiences, including leadership teams.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.

• Coordinate and communicate trade-offs during scope and requirement discussions with stakeholders.

• Manage Agile projects utilizing frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe to ensure iterative progress.

• Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

• Oversee IT-related projects, including cloud technologies, virtualization, and networking.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience across diverse business domains.

• Active PMP certification demonstrating expertise in project management practices.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe frameworks.

• Experience managing IT projects involving cloud technologies, networking, and data center infrastructure.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications.

• Background in healthcare or academic environments, particularly healthcare informatics or research-focused projects. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
