Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and operational excellence. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to advance their career within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.

+ Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

+ Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

+ Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements and compliance initiatives.

+ Assist with audit preparation and support both internal and external audit requests.

+ Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

+ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

+ Proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
