    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately.

    • Provide clear and detail-oriented communication to resolve customer issues and concerns.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.

    • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs.

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed support.

    • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

    • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.

    • Support the team in achieving service goals and maintaining high standards.

    • Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure timely resolution of issues.

    Requirements

    Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is required.

     

    Spanish Bilingual

     

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.

     

    Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.

     

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

     

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

     

    Familiarity with order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.

     

    Problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently.

     

    Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
