    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kentucky. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Order Management team during a scheduled leave, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining service excellence. This position is 100% onsite and will require close collaboration with an established team to meet organizational standards and timelines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter and validate orders, ensuring all entries are double-checked and approved by the team or manager.

    • Process shipment tracking numbers upon request and ensure timely updates.

    • Prepare quotes for component pricing and handle warranty claim entries.

    • Assist with managing orders and portals, adhering to company procedures.

    • Maintain compliance with established practices and service level agreements (SLAs).

    • Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal colleagues and external clients.

    • Support the team by adapting quickly to standard operating procedures and workflows.

    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handling of moderate-to-high volume tasks.

     

    Requirements • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.

     

    • Proven experience in customer service or order entry, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

    • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus.

    • Ability to manage multiple browsers and email correspondence efficiently.

    • Prior experience in customer success or call center environments.

    • Capable of adapting quickly and following established procedures.
