Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team in Vacaville, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in supporting project operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process weekly timesheets for payroll submission.

• Arrange motel accommodations and rental equipment as needed for project operations.

• Input and update new job details in the company's project management software.

• Organize and manage inventory records using relevant systems.

• Generate purchase orders for materials, including gutters, metals, and other supplies.

• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and master files for tracking project data.

• Foster effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality to meet organizational standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence accurately.

• Solid mathematical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Experience with customer service, data entry, and managing timelines.
