    Description

    Our company is seeking an organized and accurate Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring all financial data is entered accurately and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

    + Prepare, verify, and enter financial data into the accounting system

    + Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain financial records

    + Prepare basic reports and assist with month-end closing procedures

    + Resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries as needed

    + Provide administrative support to the accounting department

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

    + 1+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

    + Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
