    Description

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client in the Farmington, Connecticut area. In this part time role, you will play a critical part in assisting representatives with operational tasks and client-focused initiatives to ensure their success in meeting business objectives. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist representatives with maintaining compliant client files and ensuring all correspondence is appropriately managed.

    • Coordinate the preparation of sales materials, meeting kits, and pre-sale packages to support client interactions.

    • Support account setup, funds disbursement, and account transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    • Collaborate with teams.

    • Manage communications and ensure timely.

    • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve office-wide processes.

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial situations and portfolios.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in fast-paced environments.

    • Proficiency in managing operational tasks.

    • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
