Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with organizational leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
+ Support strategic initiatives such as pay equity, benefits customization, and hybrid workforce management.
+ Assist in shaping and reinforcing company culture through effective change management and employee engagement programs.
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
+ Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
+ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
+ Wide-ranging knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and current trends in talent management.
+ Strong interpersonal, consultative, and analytical skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience supporting organizational change and driving results in fast-paced environments.
