Description We are looking for a skilled Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in San Jose, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring project success through effective coordination and organization. You will play a key role in supporting project activities, maintaining schedules, and contributing to the smooth execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are met according to established schedules.

• Assist in the coordination and management of construction-related projects.

• Develop and maintain master schedules to track progress and deadlines.

• Perform scanning and document management to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Collaborate with team members to support project planning and execution.

• Organize and prioritize tasks to align with project objectives.

• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Identify potential delays or issues and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.

• Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate project operations. Requirements • Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules.

• Familiarity with construction projects and their workflows.

• Strong skills in creating and maintaining master schedules.

• Proficiency in scanning and document management systems.

• Background in project management or coordination.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
