Description
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our construction and contracting company in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, overseeing B2B marketing efforts, and aligning sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth and market presence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
• Oversee B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring they effectively target key audiences and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated sales and marketing strategies that enhance performance.
• Manage brand marketing efforts to strengthen the company’s reputation and market position.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to expand marketing reach and impact.
• Prepare and present marketing reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
• Expertise in B2B marketing strategies and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of brand marketing and sales strategy development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to inform strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
