Description
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our client in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term part time contract position ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Indiana’s criminal justice system and expertise in behavioral health. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in high-volume settings.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate program activities and ensure adherence to established research protocols, including the collection of survey data.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community resources such as treatment providers, housing agencies, and workforce programs to facilitate seamless referral systems.
• Develop and manage service plans for clients, track compliance deadlines, and document interactions effectively.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including judges, attorneys, clerks, and litigants to support program objectives.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats for courtroom interactions, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Utilize case tracking software and Microsoft 365 tools to organize and manage program-related documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and manage workflows independently in a fast-paced courthouse environment.
• Supervise team members and contribute to the design and implementation of state-level programming.
• Collaborate with professionals at the intersection of behavioral health and the justice system to address client needs.
Requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of Indiana’s criminal justice system, including courtroom procedures and diversion programs.
• Proven experience in research protocols and survey data collection.
• Prior experience or knowledge in Behavior Health is an added bonus
• Strong skills in referral coordination and partnership building with community service providers.
• Familiarity with client-centered case management practices, including service planning and compliance tracking.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders in the justice system.
• Proficiency in case tracking software and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Supervisory experience and expertise in creating state-level programming.
