Data Entry – Entry-Level Accounting

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry – Entry-Level Accounting professional to support the accounting team with accurate data entry and basic accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and grow their career.

+ Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems

+ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry

+ Review invoices and documents for accuracy and completeness

+ Maintain organized digital and paper records

+ Run basic reports and spreadsheets

+ Support the accounting team with administrative task

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Entry-level accounting or data entry experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry systems

+ Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

+ Accounting coursework or degree in progress is a plus
