Description We are looking for an Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting various accounting functions, including reconciliation and financial tracking. If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles and are eager to gain hands-on experience, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform bank reconciliations to align financial records with statements.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure financial data consistency and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage accounts receivable activities, tracking payments and maintaining accurate records.

• Record accounting entries and maintain organized documentation for audit purposes. Requirements • Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and workflows.

• Experience or knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.

• Understanding of account reconciliation and related principles.

• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable management.

• Ability to create accurate accounting entries and maintain structured records.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar accounting tools.
