The Logistician supports logistics planning, coordination, and execution across acquisition, operational, and sustainment environments. This role assists in integrating logistics processes, developing support documentation, and supporting life cycle management of systems, subsystems, and equipment. The Logistician I contributes to workforce readiness, compliance with logistics directives, and effective distribution of materials and resources.

General Duties:

+ Support development of logistics policies, procedures, and support systems.

+ Prepare and support implementation of logistics directives and guidance.

+ Help ensure logistics standards are followed, maintaining documentation and records.

+ Support life cycle logistics for weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.

+ Assist with supply support, maintenance planning, training support, and technical data coordination.

+ Support workforce readiness by helping ensure personnel are trained and equipped.

+ Assist with inventory tracking, material distribution, procurement documentation, and logistics data entry.

Required Education:

+ High school diploma, vocational school degree, or GED

Required Experience:

+ 3 years  of professional experience in integrated logistics support (ILS).

Skills & Competencies:

+ Basic understanding of logistics processes and life cycle support.

+ Strong organizational and coordination skills.

+ Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

+ Proficiency with office software and logistics systems (if applicable).

+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
