Description
Job Description: Our team is seeking a dedicated Contract-to-Hire Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts within the manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a talent acquisition professional who is passionate about connecting skilled candidates with fulfilling contract-to-hire opportunities in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial operations and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring setting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Proactively source, recruit, and engage candidates for contract-to-hire positions across various roles within the manufacturing sector.
+ Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent, conduct interviews, and coordinate reference checks.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, role specifications, and team objectives.
+ Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on workforce planning and pipeline development for both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
+ Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate selection, offer negotiation, onboarding support, and follow-up.
+ Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
+ Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions to provide talent insights and consultative support for hiring managers.
+ Assist with the transition of candidates from contract to permanent positions as needed.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
+ Previous recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Proficient with applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
+ Understanding of workforce planning, employment law, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
+ Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
