Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payment processing and account management. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and post credit card payments and cash receipts to customer accounts.

• Perform daily reconciliations of credit card payments, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date accounts receivable records.

• Investigate and resolve payment issues by coordinating with internal teams or external customers.

• Assist with audit-related tasks by providing documentation and reports related to accounts receivable.

• Generate accounts receivable reports and perform analyses to support financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls in all payment processing activities.

• Provide support for general accounts receivable functions, including billing and collections. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with accounting software and payment processing systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

• Prior experience with credit card reconciliations and cash posting is preferred.
