Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Draft and manage business correspondence with clarity and precision.

• Identify opportunities to support business development by cross-selling and referring customers.

• Solve complex customer issues through thorough research and problem-solving.

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.

• Maintain and update customer information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage documentation efficiently.

• Provide detailed and friendly service tailored to individual customer requirements.

• Uphold a positive and detail-oriented approach in all interactions.

• Assist with administrative tasks to support overall office operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-focused, goal-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Highrise, Insightly, or similar platforms.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to handle multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
