Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client in the Lithonia area that is Looking to add an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to their team. This role oversees HR operations for 100+ employees, ensures compliance, and fosters a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate brings expertise in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.

+ Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.

+ Address and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a productive and supportive work environment.

+ Administer employee benefits programs and manage 401(k) administration.

+ Lead payroll processing for all employees.

+ Conduct orientations to effectively integrate new hires.

+ Ensure compliance with HR policies, workplace regulations, and company procedures.

+ Maintain and update HRIS systems for accurate employee records.

+ Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

+ Support bilingual communication needs; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

+ Provide an onsite presence to respond to employee needs and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing HR functions for medium-sized organizations.

• Expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration.

• Familiarity with payroll systems and 401(k) administration.

• Proficiency in using HRIS systems to manage employee data.

• Excellent communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.

• Ability to conduct orientations for new employees and foster positive employee engagement.

• A commitment to working 100% onsite.
