Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Valencia, California. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to key financial processes and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions to maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle cash applications with precision, ensuring timely allocation of payments.

• Oversee commercial collections activities, including follow-ups and resolving outstanding balances.

• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing functions.

• Monitor daily cash activity and reconcile discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and cash management processes.

• Generate reports and provide insights on receivable trends to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial operations.

• Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments with attention to detail and in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in managing cash applications and resolving discrepancies.

• Strong expertise in commercial collections, including negotiation and follow-up.

• Familiarity with billing functions and financial reporting.

• Ability to monitor and analyze cash activity effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
