We are looking for a dynamic Director of Social Media to lead and shape our social media strategy in New Jersey. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee paid social campaigns, develop innovative social media strategies, and drive engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Lead the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Oversee the creation and management of social media content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize future social media efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.

• Manage budgets for paid social campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Establish guidelines and best practices for social media activities and campaigns.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the social media team.

• Ensure all social media efforts comply with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.

• Strong expertise in paid social campaigns and performance analytics.

• Familiarity with various social media platforms, tools, and emerging trends.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.

• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
