    Senior Advice Strategist (CFP® or Series 65)

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a client-focused advisory team delivering sophisticated, integrated financial plans across tax, estate, insurance, and investments. In this role, you’ll work closely with advisors and cross-functional partners to design strategies, present recommendations, and ensure an exceptional, high-touch client experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Collaborate with advisors to deliver client-facing advice and planning materials

    + Lead development of complex financial plans (cash flow, tax, insurance, estate)

    + Present strategies and recommendations to clients alongside advisors

    + Optimize planning software and workflows for efficiency

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

    + CFP® or Series 65 certification (required)

    + 5–7+ years of experience in financial planning

    + Deep expertise in tax, estate, retirement, and insurance strategies

    + Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

    + Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex strategies and build trust quickly
