Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Anti Money Laundering Team contract member in Buellton, California. This contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with sensitive financial information while ensuring compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain tracking logs to consolidate data requests effectively.

• Verify accuracy of tax form listings and ensure they correspond to the correct patrons.

• Review and confirm win/loss statements for the appropriate patrons.

• Prepare and mail requested documents when hard copies are preferred.

• Follow established procedures to maintain compliance and accuracy in all tasks.

• Provide exceptional customer service through clear and courteous verbal communication.

• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties efficiently.

• Utilize Excel for basic data tracking and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a related field with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic tracking purposes.

• Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on courteous interactions.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.

• Customer service experience, including maintaining professionalism in interactions.

• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with Outlook and other computer systems for daily tasks.
