Description We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in creating high-quality proposals and marketing materials, ensuring they align with organizational standards and client expectations. This is a long-term contract position that offers a mix of onsite and remote work, with 2-3 days per week expected in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage proposal documents, ensuring content is accurate and tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal creation.

• Create and refine marketing materials, maintaining consistency with established templates and layouts.

• Utilize Adobe InDesign to design visually compelling proposals and presentation materials.

• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.

• Assist in preparing interview materials and other client-facing documents.

• Maintain a strong focus on formatting, margins, and image placement to enhance visual appeal.

• Coordinate with team members to meet daily coverage requirements and project deadlines.

• Adapt to flexible office schedules, working both onsite and remotely as needed.

• Contribute to overall marketing efforts by supporting various initiatives and tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in proposal development and content creation.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with the ability to create visually appealing documents.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in formatting and layout design.

• Basic writing skills with the ability to craft concise and impactful content.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Previous experience within similar organizational environments is preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
