Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Billing Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Lake Park, Florida. In this role, you will handle billing processes, data entry, and invoice management, while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The position requires proficiency in QuickBooks and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input bills and invoices into QuickBooks software.

• Organize and maintain billing records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders or documentation.

• Perform regular data entry tasks to update billing and payment information.

• Generate billing statements and reports for review and distribution.

• Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to company billing policies and procedures.

• Provide support with computerized billing systems and related tasks. Requirements • Proven experience with QuickBooks software.

• Familiarity with billing processes, including invoice management and collections.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to organize and maintain financial records effectively.

• Proficiency with computerized billing systems.

• Excellent communication skills for resolving discrepancies.

• Previous experience in billing or accounts payable roles.

• Ability to work part-time hours, Monday to Friday (12 PM - 5 PM).
