• P2P Transformation Project Manager

    Robert Half Management Resources (Denver, CO)


    Description Lead an enterprise‑wide Procure‑to‑Pay transformation across process, technology, governance, and operating model.

     

    Assess current-state P2P workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and strengthen controls.

     

    Design and implement future-state P2P processes including requisitioning, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, and payment operations.

     

    Serve as business lead for P2P technology enhancements, integrations, and workflow optimization (SAP experience strongly preferred).

     

    Establish KPIs, reporting, and governance frameworks for improved visibility and compliance.

     

    Drive change management, communication, and training to ensure successful adoption across global teams.

     

    Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and senior leadership to align priorities and deliver roadmap milestones.

     

    Manage workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery.

     

    Provide executive-level updates, risks, and recommendations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
