Description

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various HR tasks, support employee relations, and assist with administrative functions across departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage timesheets for approximately 70 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Utilize HR platforms, such as Paycom, to streamline administrative and payroll functions.

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting workplace engagement.

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training are completed.

• Administer benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and related questions.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Provide support at the front desk and handle administrative tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to address operational needs and ensure smooth communication.

• Manage HRIS systems to organize data and improve efficiency.

• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.

Requirements • Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate across diverse teams.

• Proven experience in HR administration, including payroll and employee relations.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and platforms such as Paycom.

• Knowledge of benefits administration and onboarding processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR functions.
