    Description

    We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of high-volume data entry tasks, particularly in support of tax filings. This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input and manage large volumes of data within specified deadlines.

    • Assist in preparing and submitting 990 tax filings while adhering to compliance standards.

    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

    • Utilize basic Microsoft Excel functions to organize and analyze data.

    • Perform repetitive data entry tasks with focus and reliability.

    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

    • Follow established procedures to maintain the integrity of sensitive data.

    • Support administrative tasks related to regulatory and compliance requirements.

    • Contribute to maintaining an organized system for data storage and retrieval.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in high-volume data entry or a similar role.

    • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions.

    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

    • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.

    • Experience in non-profit or tax/regulatory fields is a plus.
