We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm that handles Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Real Estate, Employment, Estate Planning, and more. The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

+ Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

+ Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the litigation process

+ Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings

+ Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and deadlines

+ Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

+ Review medical records and prepare summaries for attorney review

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Compensation & Benefits

+ Salary: $60K-$80K

+ Bonus: Annual holiday bonus

+ Medical/Dental/Vision: Firm contributes 80% toward health insurance; dental and vision are voluntary

+ 401(k): With Safe Harbor Contributions (eligible after one year of service)
