Job Duties:

+ Answer phones and coordinate details with pharmacy and DME partners.

+ Assist in management of IDT preparation.

+ Conduct Admission and Discharge audits.

+ Communicate with clinics, facilities, hospitals & other healthcare partners via phone.

+ Committed to providing excellent customer service.

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment & have the ability to be flexible.

+ Assist Hospice Team members as needed with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

+ Computer proficiency

+ Ability to work in a professional manner

+ Must work well both independently and in a group setting

+ Prior office experience

+ Professional appearance

+ Proficiency with Excel and Word

+ Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

+ Excellent Organizational Skills

+ Efficient data entry skills
