    Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Teaching Assistant positions at our Traver Road Primary School as indicated below for the 2025-2026 school year.

     

    + (1) 32.5 hr/wk Part-time General Education Teaching Assistant

    + Starting salary $ 20,479

    + (1) 35 hr/wk Part-time General Education/Special Education Teaching Assistant

    + Starting salary $ 22,054

    + (2) 30 hr/wk Part-time General Education Teaching Assistants

    + Starting salary $ 18,903

    The District offers:

    + Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more

    + Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more.

    + Access to Educator’s EAP

    + Optional enrollment in 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension)

    + Tuition reimbursement program (up to $1,000)

     

    Starting salary is approximately $17.03/hr. However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June.

    Job Qualifications

    Current NYSED Teaching Assistant Certification preferred but required to obtain prior to May 2026.
