QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

+ Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

+ Specific responsibilities include moving totes, large scale solution prep batching, cleaning equipment, steaming equipment, and prepping equipment.

+ Packaging/Manufacturing environment and Equipment operation.

+ Loading components, moving pallets of components, equipment operation

Qualifications:

+ High school/GED + 1 year of work or military experience or Associate degree

+ Skills: Biotech DS manufacturing experience, preferably solution prep; understanding of measurements, calculations and the metric system ; basic GMP knowledge.

+ Understanding of Electronic Batch Records

+ solid employment history and proficiency with basic technology such as laptops and tablets (including iPads) are required.

+ Prior exposure to GMP-regulated industries, electronic batch records, DeltaV, or LIMS is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

+ Nice-to-have experience includes packaging, warehousing, and assembly.

+ Candidates must be open to starting on a day shift and later transitioning to a rotating 12-hour schedule as part of a 24/7 operation.

+ Rotating 12-hour day shifts (anticipated: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

+ Rotating Week 1: 38 hrs., Week 2: 48 hrs.
