The
Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining production
schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer delivery requirements. This
position requires strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving
abilities, and a proactive approach to decision-making. Successful candidates
will demonstrate a commitment to achieving results through effective planning,
collaboration, and execution
How You’ll Make anImpact (responsibilities)
**·** Plan and schedule production orders
through Inspect and Advise and Repair operations to meet customer due dates
while optimizing resources, including equipment and workforce.
• Serve as the primary liaison between
Customer Service and Production to identify resource constraints and develop
actionable plans to meet customer needs.
• Ensure material availability to
prevent production delays in collaboration with MRP (material requirements
planning) controller.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain
accurate operational standards.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans
to support production requirements.
• Assess and communicate monthly
shipping plans by product line to ensure alignment with customer commitments
What You Bring(requirements)
+ B.S./B.A. degree preferred, orequivalent operations-related experience
+ Minimum of 2 years in a relatedfield with a thorough understanding of product flow and process steps forindustrial gas turbine repair.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems includingSAP
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite including Projectand Power BI
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment inthe United States without need for current or future employer-sponsoredwork authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorshipmay be eligible for internal transfers.

decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines
