    Responsibilities:

    + Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.

    + Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.

    + Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills.

    + Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.

    + Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary.

    + Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.

    Qualifications:

    + Excellent time management skills.

    + Available on Saturday.
