    Job Description:

    NEBH is actively seeking a staff physical therapist for our outpatient location in Boston, Massachusetts. This setting caters to patients with general orthopedic injuries, post-operative diagnoses as well as patients with acute and chronic spine pain.     Job Summary:

    + Conduct thorough **1-hour initial evaluations** to develop comprehensive, patient-specific treatment plans.

    + Provide **45-minute follow-up sessions** , ensuring continuity and progression of care.

    + Treat a diverse caseload with an emphasis on **complex spine** and general **orthopedic** conditions.

    + Utilize current **evidence-based practices** and clinical reasoning to guide treatment.

    + Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehabilitation team members to deliver cohesive care.

    + Educate patients on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and prevention techniques.

    + Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner, consistent with clinic and regulatory standards.

    + Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    + **Physical Therapy** degree from an accredited program.

    + **Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license** or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.

    + Demonstrates experience or strong interest in **orthopedic and spine rehabilitation** .

    + Excellent manual therapy skills and comfort with complex clinical presentations.

    + Commitment to **patient-centered care** and professional growth.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

    Pay Range:

    $39.50 - $55.31

     

    The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
