    Job Description

    Cintas is seeking an Industrial Footwear Sales Supervisor responsible for managing a group of Industrial Footwear Sales Representatives. This role will be responsible for training and development of a high performing group of IFSRs and the retention, satisfaction, and growth of their team customer through excellent service execution.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Ensure Cintas customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner.

    + Oversee excellent customer relationships, increasing footwear sales, maintaining an efficient route structure and driver compliance.

    + Develop and enhance current operational processes which would include inventory management, product sales ordering and IFSR activity model management.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Required:

    + High School diploma or GED Required

    + 2-3 years customer service, sales, management, and/or business-related experience.

    + Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

    + Have an active driver’s license

    + Obtain a DOT medical certification

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Training or instructor experience
