    Role Overview

     

    The Site Technician plays a critical hands-on role in delivering a high-quality, safe, and consistent roofing experience for our commercial clients. This position supports the Project Director by performing inspections, small repairs, and service work while ensuring job sites meet Apple Roofing’s standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.

     

    This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to be hands-on in the field to ensure every project reflects our commitment to Building a Sweeter Experience.

    What You'll Do:

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform small repairs, service work, inspections, and leak detection

    + Assist the Project Director with site quality control and safety enforcement

    + Conduct final site clean-up to ensure job sites are left clean, safe, and professional

    + Complete accurate job documentation and close-out materials

    + Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times

    + Maintain cleanliness, organization, and routine care of company vehicle

    + Support service work across multiple roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, TPO, and metal roofing

    Requirements

    What We're Looking For:

    + Prior roofing or construction-related experience

    + Basic roofing competency with a willingness to be hands-on in the field

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    + Ability to follow safety standards and job specifications consistently

    + Reliable, organized, and professional in customer-facing environments

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required

    + Experience servicing multiple roofing systems (asphalt, TPO, metal)
