    The Outbound Sales Assistant, is responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting Smart Home products and services. They have a strong understanding of Smart Home technology and can effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products to potential customers. They utilize various sales techniques to generate leads, make sales calls and provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to our members in order to identify and qualify their needs to transfer to specific selling team members.

     

    Must be flexible to work a Tuesday-Saturday shift.

    RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

    + Customer Interactions: The incumbent in the position will perform fundamental customer interactions through outbound calling. They will be able to anticipate Member needs, identify, and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs. In addition, they will address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. The position will require knowledge and proficiency with AAA Smart Home products and services. The Team Member will create warm sales opportunities for our Sales Consultants

    + Administrative Tasks: This role requires the incumbent to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. The individual in the role will collaborate with other Team Members to improve overall sales and service performance

    + Continuous Learning: Participate in sales training and continuous professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

    + Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or GED

    + 0-2 years sales and customer service experience primarily in a call center environment

    + Preferred Requirements:

    + Advanced knowledge of Smart Home product and services

     

    We target between the minimum and midpoint of the range; $18.12/hr-$22.66/hr
