    Job Skills / Requirements

    HIRING IMMEDIATELY

    Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time Site Supervisor at a site in Oxford, North Carolina. This is a 2nd shift position. This position offers a pay rate of $17.00/hr - weekly pay .

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.

    + Act as a liaison between clients, Operation Managers, and security officers.

    + Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

    + Receive and relay instructions, access control, foot patrol, and customer service.

    + Enforce Contract Standards and administer site safety programs.

    Requirements:

    + Must have prior security, military, and/or law enforcement experience.

    + Great customer service skills.

    + Emphasis on attention to detail.

    + Strong report writing skills.

    + Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

     

    Candidates must also attend our licensing class on a Tuesday and Wednesday in Raleigh, if not currently in possession of a state PPSB-issued security license.

     

    A Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

     

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School diploma or equivalent
