    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    We are seeking a TWIC clerk with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team. The clerk will be responsible for clearing the security officer staff in Houma, LA.

     

    Prior law enforcement, military and/or 2 years of security experience is a plus.

     

    Full-time position, benefits offered include medical/vision/dental/life insurance, company cell phone and company vehicle.

    As TWIC clerk, you will be responsible for:

    + Working in a local Security Office M-F 8am-4pm

     

    - Overseeing the TWIC operations for security guards to be scheduled at posts around the Houma Branch.

     

    + You must meet the following requirements:

     

    - Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

     

    -Sound communication skills Professional presentation.

     

    - Ability to work as a team member.

     

    - Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week.

     

    - Reliable transport.

     

    - 21 years of age.

     

    - Clean criminal background Ability to pass a drug screen.

     

    - Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform routine foot patrols.

     

    + Physical/Mental Requirements:

    + + Ability to operate general office equipment.

    + Ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written skills.

    + Ability to make sound decisions.

    + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.

    + Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
