Job Description
Position Title:
Entry Manufacturing Laborer – Grand Prairie Box
**Pay Rate** :
$24.29/hr. plus shift differential
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months
**Category/Shift** :
Hourly Full-Time
Monday – Saturday, must be able to work any shift
7am – 3pm (training period only)
3pm – 11pm
11pm – 7am

The Job You Will Perform:
+ Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
+ Counting and stacking finished product
+ Reading factory orders
+ Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
+ Utilizing basic shop math and have the ability to reading a tape measure
+ Inspecting product
+ Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed
+ The ability to practice and maintain great housekeeping
+ This person will also be assigned to weekly clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
+ Assist with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders
+ Other duties as required
The Skills You Will Bring:
+ Good attendance and punctuality
+ 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
+ Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
+ Verifiable, stable work history
+ Flexible to work overtime as needed
+ Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
