Position Responsibilities:
+ Lead the deployment and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, including communications, logistics, and materials development as a Training Manager
+ Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face development classes to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees while providing subject matter expertise on key business initiatives and program launches
+ Explore new ideas in training workflows to promote dynamic learning options, coaching individuals on how to improve training results and diagnose problems by tracking key learning metrics
+ Identify future and current organizational learning needs by building partnerships and gathering input from stakeholders regarding the success of and opportunities for people development
+ Analyze the impact of training programs on employees and the overall business by using effective measurement tools and making recommendations to leadership
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 8 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s Degree
