    Key Requirements for Electrical/EEST Instructors

     

    + 3+ years of related practical work experience in electrical systems

    + NCCER Instructor Card (required within first 3 months)

    + High school diploma/GED

    + Great communication skills

    + Proficient in technology

    + Teaching experience is a plus

    + OSHA 10 or 30 completion preferred

     

    Key Responsibilities for Electrical/EEST Instructors

     

    + Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical Technology in our fully equipped facility

    + Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model

    + Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring

    + Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently

    + Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance

    + Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment

    + Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program

    + Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Electrical Technology
