Who are we looking for:

• A candidate with or without Cardiac experience with a strong interest in Cardiac procedures.

• A well rounded surg tech with previous experience who wants to learn and perform with our Cardiac team

*$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation Incentive if moving from 100 miles.

Required Qualifications:

* 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.

* Current BLS from the American Heart Association

* Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2 years’ experience

* Cardiac experience

* CST Certification

* Serious interest in Cardiac surgeries
