Description
The North America Partner Enablement team is looking for an enthusiastic, self-directed,
project manager to help track channel marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives. Looking
for a creative and innovative individual that understands how to engage consumers in a retail
landscape online and in-store. The candidate will also have the ability to influence and
communicate effectively cross-functionally to build requirements and ensure partner
enablement business needs, in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will thrive in a
team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing and Sales.
Responsibilities:
-Track the execution of channel marketing activity in retail
-Build retail team partner comms monthly newsletter
-Aggregate NA Retail annual marketing plans into one view calendar
-Assists with aggregating cross-functional activity from visual merchandising and field
services to show a holistic view of NA Retail activities
-Assist channel marketing managers with online content and campaign activities across
retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall team
strategy
-Tracks and manage creative asset requirements, manage specs and asset requests to
help ensure creative is delivered on time and to specifications
-Route creative assets between external and internal teams for review, approval and final
handoff
-Manage enhanced content through syndication partners
-Oversee weekly reporting updates by Partner Enablement team to ensure completion
-Develop and manage ongoing updates to NA Retail sell-in deck
-Partner with CMM team to launch and remove promotions for retail PDP’s
-Support Partner Enablement team with NPI review programs
-Auditing support for retailer reviews and Q&A
-Help with partner meetings as needed such as setting up rooms, logistics management,
gathering materials, etc.
-Help plan with offsites as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
